Western Rural Healthcare is urging eligible patients in Castlederg, Newtownstewart and Ederney to contact their surgery to arrange their annual Flu and Covid vaccinations if they have not already booked an appointment.

The reminder is aimed at people aged 65 and over, as well as those under 65 with underlying health conditions who usually receive the annual vaccinations.

Patients who have not heard from their surgery or who have received a text message but have not responded to book an appointment are being asked to make contact directly.

The practice has highlighted the importance of knowing how many patients require vaccinations to ensure adequate stocks of both Flu and Covid vaccines are available for the upcoming clinics.

Vaccination clinics have been arranged across the three locations throughout October.

Castlederg clinics

• Tuesday, October 20, from 2pm to 5pm.
